Do I need to have a referral?

In order to see our physiotherapist, a referral is not required. All that is required is an appointment time to be made, which can be done online, or by ringing and speaking directly to one of our friendly staff on 4628 8181.

What do I need to bring?

As part of your initial assessment the physiotherapist may require you to get dressed into a gown. It is necessary though that you be dressed in comfortable casual clothing. If you are in a private health fund, it is advisable to bring your health care card. Also please bring any relevant x rays or doctors letters that you may have.

Can I use my private health insurance in the practice?

At Campbelltown Physiotherapy our practice is linked with HICAPS. This will enable you to pay for the gap only. Please contact your health care fund prior to your appointment to find out what the exact difference is. Consultation costs.

How long will my appointment take?

The initial consultation will take approximately 50minutes and following that, further consultations will be approximately 40minutes long.

Where is the practice located?

Campbelltown Physiotherapy is located at Shop1/3 Allman Street, Campbelltown. There is ample free parking across the road and disabled parking located at the front door.
